Dimitra Papavasileiou is a PhD candidate at the department of Early Childhood Care and Education of the School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences, University of Western Attica.. She has been working as an educator and career advisor in private secondary education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Thessaly and two Master’s degrees (MSc), one in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University and another in Economic Growth with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of Thessaly.
Furthermore, she holds a teaching certification and a counseling and career guidance diploma from the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE). Her doctoral thesis investigates the decision-making process for selecting a postgraduate program in higher education, focusing on mediating factors and the role of artificial intelligence. Her research interests revolve around Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management in Educational Units, and Entrepreneurship.
She has published research in international scientific journals and has a significant presence at international conferences, serving as a committee member and reviewer for reputable scientific journals and conferences for several years.
